Yoga Class
The class will meet first thing in the morning for 15 minutes so that students get to let out all negative thoughts coming into school and be more prepared for class and not so lazy or negative. The students will come in and relax talk to their friends for a few minutes then we will get started with stretches and then exercises. Most students who do as told will feel more positive and relaxed and those who don't will still feel negative and possibly more stressed out. The students will write a paragraph on moves that they learned and then show them to the teacher.
