    Yoga Class

  

          I would definitely add yoga class. Yoga class is needed to let students relax and be able to reduce stress. Yoga also decreases disease and increases relaxation and greater flexibility. It will also the students focus and bring discipline.
         The class will meet first thing in the morning for 15 minutes so that students get to let out all negative thoughts coming into school and be more prepared for class and not so lazy or negative. The students will come in and relax talk to their friends for a few minutes then we will get started with stretches and then exercises. Most students who do as told will feel more positive and relaxed and those who don't will still feel negative and possibly more stressed out. The students will write a paragraph on moves that they learned and then show them to the teacher.

Linksys WTR1900ACS

• The WRT1900ACS is equipped with more powerful hardware and has an internal fan, allowing it to run more quietly with potentially less maintenance.

• The new router also proved to be faster than its predecessor, both as a Wi-Fi router and as a network storage server when connected to an external hard drive.

Air Jordan 11s are coming back this December, and it’s what all of you’ve been waiting for. Here’s a first look at the Air Jordan 11 “Columbia” for 2014, although instead of the Columbia Blue, Jordan Brand opts for a similar “Legend Blue” to carry on the legacy of this popular colorway. Although the color was somewhat of a homage to Jordan’s UNC days, Michael wore these during the 1996 NBA All-Star Game in San Antonio, effectively stealing the sneaker show during that highly televised event. A release date hasn’t been set, but you can bank on these releasing just before Christmas, so stay tuned for more updates and we’ll keep you in the loop.

Carmines

      The new "Carmines" 6s  had returned to store shelves for the first time since releasing as a part of the CDP back in 2010. It didn’t come as too big a surprise considering we’re currently celebrating the 23rd anniversary of both MJ’s sixth signature and his first championship. More surprising though, Air Jordan 1 retro  were donning the Carmine colorway as Jordan Brand does its best to replicate the color blocking by hitting the leather upper with a red side panel while a black swoosh contrasts with the icy outsole.
